MSC is a family-oriented fishing club organized to stimulate public awareness of striped bass fishing. We promote sportmanship, conservation and demand adequate water quality. We're based in Columbia, S.C. on beautiful Lake Murray.
Tournaments are held on the third Saturday of each month, with times following safe light conditions. Membership fee is currenty $30 per year for the entire family or $15 after July 1st. (By fishing in a tournament sponsored by Midlands Striper Club, each participant , whether member or guest, recognizes that Midlands Striper Club is not responsible for any participant's safety. Program: With the weather cooling, winter fishing is just around the corner. Colder temps bring additional boating risks. Carl Thompson offers a program on boater safety; different situations that may arise and how to handle them. What Carl has to share may save your life one day!
