PLANER BOARDS
Plexi-Lite planer boards measure 3 1/4” X 8” and are constructed of approx. 1/8” Lexan with floatation composed of a rigid, environmentally sound, closed cell, polyisocyanurate foam coated with rubber and an aluminum arm with a light weight release clip attached.
These are the lightest planer boards I’ve ever handled. These boards are great for pulling live baits as big as 10in. and with a weight of only 3 ounces, you will be fighting the fish not the planer board. (Larger models are available for pulling bigger baits).
These boards, being constructed of lexan, are light but durable. Lexan advertises itself as virtually unbreakable and 250 times stronger than glass.
